Area assembly meets on the 2nd Sunday of each month. The location varies based on which district has volunteered to host.

1:00 to 1:15     Welcome and Announcements, New GSR & DCM introductions
1:15 to 2:00     Area and Standing Committee Meetings; New GSR & DCM schools
2:10 to 3:00     GSR Workshop
3:10 to 3:55     Officer, Committee and District Reports
4:00 to 5:00     Area Business Meeting, Open Forum, Future Workshop Topic, Next Location
